This week's Being Mindful is centered around mindful choice & setting goals. This will build on concepts we introduced last week- your tendency! Mindfulness and making mindful decisions is at the heart of BL & is one of my favorite topics to share! We also want to start setting some goals, now that we've been warmed up with the BL basics!

We encourage you to share with one another your goals {especially you obligers!} but also to help recognize you have an AMAZING community of women cheering you on along this journey! Go go, share in the FB group!
