This week's Eating Whole is all about the BL basics and the foundation of how I recommend my clients {& myself!} eat. It is focused around satiety so that you aren't feeling hangry an hour after your meal!

There won't be any "good food" or "bad food" lists because I want you to learn how to fuel your body & find what works best for you!  

This program focuses on a lower carbohydrate intake than you may be used to because we want to regulate your blood sugar {aka avoid those mid day crashes!}. But don't worry babes! We'll take you through it step by step & are always here for support along the way. Let's dive right in!
